She was predeceased by: her parents, William Horn and Millie Horn; her husband James Vernon Harper; her children, Glenda Allen, Gary Harper Sr. and James Harper III; her siblings, Nellie Hoagland, Violet Pruitt, Hubert Horn, Vera Michaelis, Murel Horn, Leland Horn and James Horn; her grandson Michael Parr; and her great grandchild Aryale Quinonez.
She is survived by: her sister Patricia Gray; her grandchildren, Tina Sunderland (Jim), Chrissie Harper, Gary Harper Jr. (Jodie) and Danny Allen; and her great grandchildren, Vanidee Quinonez, Ashley Mullins, Branden Harper and Gary "Boogie" Harper III.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Peers-Lorentzen Funeral Home (132 W Kern Ave, Tulare, CA 93274). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the South Tulare Cemetery (900 E Kern Ave, Tulare, CA 93274).
