She is survived by: her children, Herminia Canto (Constantino), Luis Ferreira (Teresa), Ilda Dinis (Domingos), Filomena Santos (late Antonio), Joe Ferreira and Nadine Ourique (Louie); and her sisters, Vielmina Lemos and Leonilde Simoes. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
