He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Owens and Earl Owens; his wife Loretta Little; and his brother Darrel Owens. He is survived by: his daughters, Melanie Freitas (Anthony) and Kimberly Machado (Matt); and his grandchildren, AJ, Jordan, Nicole, Marc, Blake and Justin. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
