He is survived by: his wife Candi Banuelos; his children, Rita Santiago (Ossie), Liz Briseno (Al), Cindy Costa and Johnny Sanchez III; his pet Chico; and his siblings, Larry Sanchez and Rosie Hurley. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
