She is survived by: her husband Joe Baldwin; her siblings, Clara Roque (Joe), Manuel Nunes (Patti) and Diane Odom (Mike); and her siblings' children, Ernest Garsa Jr., Joseph Garsa (Corina), Nicole Whybrew (Matt) and Natalie Nunes (Michael Feist).
A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel (127 E Caldwell Ave, Visalia, CA 93277). A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Tulare Cemetery (900 E Kern Ave, Tulare, CA 93274).
