It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nakae Sinchan of Tulare, California, who passed away on July 13, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by : her husband Long Sinchan; her sons, Aiseng Singchanh (Nalae) and Ngee Sinchan (Nakor); and her grandchildren, Aikhong, Callie, Lisa, Abigail, Angelila, Carolina and Jayden. She is also survived by her 8 great-grandchildren.
