Obdulia leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Obdulia’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Obdulia will carry forward her memory in their hearts.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Teodoro Pena Garcia and Maria of Jesus Garcia; her daughter Martha Galindo; and her sister Alicia Garcia. She is also survived by her loving family, including her children and grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel (127 E Caldwell Ave, Visalia, CA 93277). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the North Tulare Public Cemetery (4572 N J St, Tulare, CA 93274).
