He was predeceased by: his parents, Vince Brogan and Lavon Brogan. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his brothers, Michael and Dale; his daughter Julia Becker; his son-in-law Edwin Becker; his son David; and his granddaughter Sadie-Rose.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Tulare Church of Christ (500 N Blackstone St, Tulare, CA 93274).
