He was predeceased by: his parents, Domingo Cesen᷉a and Mariajesus Martinez; his wife Ernestina Cesen᷉a; his daughter Olivia Rodriguez; and his siblings, Oscar Cesen᷉a, Jesse Cesen᷉a, Raul Cesen᷉a and Salvador Cesen᷉a.
He is survived by: his siblings, Maggie Leon, Arnold Cesen᷉a, Richard Cesen᷉a and Gilbert Cesen᷉a; and his children, Shirley Cesen᷉a, Christina (Mike Garcia), Anthony (Alice Cesen᷉a) and David (Angie Cesen᷉a). He is also survived by the 16 grandkids, 33 great grandkids and 12, great-great grandkids.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the New Life Worship Center (1902 W Prosperity Ave, Tulare, CA 93274). A burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:15 PM at the Tulare Cemetery (900 E Kern Ave, Tulare, CA 93274).
