Stephen leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Stephen’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Stephen will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: wife: Barbara; sons: [not named]; other: Mayor Isherwood; and grandchildren, extended family and friends.
The military honors will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Tulare Cemetery (Kern) (900 E Kern Ave, Tulare, CA 93274). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Tulare Veterans Memorial Building (1771 E Tulare Ave, Tulare, CA 93274).
