He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mouw and Sophia Mouw (Boer). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Mouw; his children, Lance Mouw (Jamie), Chad Mouw and Allison McClain (Brodie); his grandchildren, Colby Johnson (Jake), Mitchel Mouw (Elliana), Payton Richmond (Jackson), Kennedy McClain, Tanner McClain, Canon McClain and Cash McClain; and his siblings, Daryl Mouw and Judy Van Helden. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
