She is survived by: her husband Dean A. Tolbert; and her children, Todd Tolbert (Lisa), Tambara Lomonaco, Tracy Tolbert (Jennifer) and Tyson Tolbert (Kim). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the North Tulare Public Cemetery (4572 J St, Tulare, CA 93274).
