He was predeceased by: his mother Rita Alice Brandão; and his siblings, Maria Alice Melo and Manuel Alexander Brandão. He is survived by: his wife Maria Brandão; his children, Roger Brandão, Joe Brandão (Loretta), Tony Brandão, Albert Brandão (Megan), Ofelia Navarro and Nelson Brandão; his sisters, Lucia Martins and Lourdes Amaral (Manuel); and his friend Açores. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
