He was predeceased by: his parents, Haron Purto and Mariam Purto; and his brothers, William (Gerri Purto) and Yonan (Sera Purto). He is survived by: his wife Susan Zaia; his children, Zaia and Margaret; and his brothers, Emmanual Purto (Diane) and George Purto (Janet). He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
