She was predeceased by: her parents, Frankie Jackson and Roosevelt McFadden; her husband Henry Reed; her daughter Carla Reed; and her siblings, Vernard McFadden and VEsser Davis.

She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Allen (Cynthia Reed) of Turlock and Frankie Drake (Stanley) of Menlo Park; her sisters, Versie Lee Williams and Mary Fairly of San Bernadino; her grandchildren, Sedric Drake, Avery Drake, Amber Reed and Jeffrey Reed Jr.; and her great grandchild Te'shara Williams.
