He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Campbell and Patricia Campbell. He is survived by: his brothers, Scott Campbell (Julie) and Brian Campbell (Dana); his nephew Bryce Campbell; and his nieces, Alyssa Gonzalez, Mariah Gonzalez, Mackenzie Campbell, Danica Campbell and Cadence Campbell.
