He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Gilliam, Sr. (Willie Mae Gilliam) and Eddie; and his son Will Gilliam. He is survived by: his son Trent Gilliam (Amber); his grandchildren, Jon, Ella and Everlee; and his sister Debbie Gilliam Franklin (Terry).
