He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Arroyo and María Madrigal. He is survived by: his wife Rosa Bertha; his children, Jose Cesar, Rosa Bertha (Francisco), Everardo, Manuel (Laura), Sandra (Jessie) and Yvette (Aldo); his grandchildren, Jessica, Andres, Jessie, Mia Andrea, Mariela, Fiorella Caprina, Braulio Manuel, Marcos Adrian, Camila Daniela, Shaila, Aaliyah Yvette and Briella; and his great grandchildren, Edmund, Nicholas, William, Athena Maria and Apollo Nathaniel.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Turlock Funeral Home (425 N Soderquist Rd, Turlock, CA 95381). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM and at 3:30 PM.
