Jay Cameron McCown Obituary

Jay Cameron McCown passed away on December 19, 2017 at Emanuel Hospital in Turlock, CA. He was preceded in death by his father, Larry McCown; grandfather, Don McCown; grandfather, Raymond Bacigalupi; and his grandmother, Edna Bacigalupi. Jay leaves behind his parents, Dave and Robin Piazza of Hilmar; brothers, Kyle (Amanda) McCown and Dominic (Megan) Piazza; sisters, Sonja Piazza and Crystal (Jeff) Myers; and his girlfriend, Claudia Parra.

He also leaves behind his nieces and nephews, Beth, Will, Payton, Rylee, Mikaila, Jayden, Sam, and Laney. Jay was a beloved son, brother, uncle, grandson, and friend. He had a huge heart; he loved much, had many friends, and gave out the best nicknames. A viewing will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, December 28, at Turlock Funeral Home, 425 N. Soderquist Rd., Turlock.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, December 29, at New Life Christian Center, 2918 W. Tuolumne Rd., Turlock.
