He was predeceased by: his mother Elvera Baldwin; and his brother John Dover. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Jerry Dover Jr. (Leah), Michelle Dover, Elizabeth Silva (Victor), Tiffany Dover (Hamann Nguyen) and Jennifer Rodrigues (John); his stepchildren, Ryan Gosik and Tara Shaw (Cliff); and his brothers, Dan Baldwin, Jim Baldwin and Jim Dover. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
