He is survived by: his wife Maria Rivas; his daughters, Serena Felix, Stephanie Perez and Regina Rivas; his siblings, Josephine Rodriguez and Jose Luis Ruesga; and his grandchildren, Alyssa, Jaselle, Aatiana, Mia, Elwood, Waylon and Benicio.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Turlock Funeral Home (425 N Soderquist Rd, Turlock, CA 95381). A rosary was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM and at 1:00 PM.
