He is survived by: his wife Gloria Pena Rangel; his children, Alex Rangel, Veronica Swain (George), Monica Garcia (Noel) and Laura Rangel; his grandchildren, Sophia Bolton (Steve), Carlos Pulido, Gabrielle Pulido, Michael Rangel, Paul Juan Lagunas, Andrea Ramirez, Serena Rangel and Daniel Lagunas; his great grandchildren, Rylee, Grayson, Dante, Noah, Trendon, Shane, Isaiah and Eledi; his siblings, Ramon Rangel II and Juanita Huerta (Luis); and his niece Patricia Saenz (Hector). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
