He is survived by: his mother Josephine Soares; his wife Loretta Soares; his sons, Gregg Soares (Heather) and Timothy Joseph "TJ" Soares (Carrie); his grandchildren, Hannah, Landon and Blake; and his siblings, Erma Heilman (John), Dan Soares (Debbie), Walter Soares (Sharon), Dennis Soares (Lorrie), Patsy Bettencourt (Gary) and Nancy Wallen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
