She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Towler and Maude Towler (Varner); her sisters, Gladys Segars and Jean Sorensen; and her husband Fred.

She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Ness Driskell, Deborah Ness Carter, Rinda Ness Paine and Stephanie Ness Schell. She is also survived by her four daughters, six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
