She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Manchester and Clara Manchester; her brother William Manchester (Bud); and her daughter-in-law Toni Welch (Lhasa Apso Mollie). She is survived by: her children, Frances Lytle (Paul), Arthur Welch (Bugs) and Wiley (Pandy). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
