He was predeceased by: his parents, Cezar Almeida and Felicidade Almeida; his granddaughter Corinne Almeida; and his sisters, Mabel (Frank Sarmento), Margo (Ralph Tyree), Maria (Alfred Jorge) and Marvee (Clarence Andre).
He is survived by: his former wife Mabel Pinheiro; his brother-in-law Frank Sarmento; his wife Christina Almeida; his children, Loren Almeida (Dave), Karen Almeida, Karla Lancaster (Will), Louis Almeida (Kristie) and Elizabeth McRae (Kent); and his grandchildren, Christopher Lancaster, Nolan Almeida, Marissa Almeida, Ella McRae and Kate McRae.
