He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Reis and Maria Conçeicão Lima. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Maria Cecilia Lima-Johnson (Jeff) and Tomé Lima (Christina); and his grandchildren, Ian Johnson, Liliana Johnson, Jack Johnson and Jacob Lima.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem, c/o Michael Sedgwick, 609 Young Court, Alamo, CA 94507. This charity held a special place in Manuel's heart, reflecting his lifelong commitment to his faith.
