He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Leonardo and Maria Da Silva; and his brothers, Moises and Francisco Leonardo. He is survived by: his wife Connie B. Gonsalves; his children, Annabel Diniz (Joe) of Escalon and Michael Gonsalves (Patti) of Turlock; his grandchildren, Krysten Lial (John), Brittany Reyneveld (James), Amanda Rose (Brant), Craig Diniz (Brooke), Elizabeth Gonsalves, Dominic Gonsalves and Lily Gonsalves; his great grandchildren, John Paul, Ryker and Emersyn Lial; and his sister Maria Da Silva (Lucia Leonardo).
