She was predeceased by: her husband Al Voorhees; and her brother Stephen Sahlstrom. She is survived by: her sons, Paul, Kevin and Jonathan Voorhees; her daughter-in-law Jennifer; her granddaughters, Althea and Beatrice; her siblings, Janet Sahlstrom, Beryl Simkins and Jef Sahlstrom; her nephews, Mark Kirkes and Zachary Sahlstrom; and her niece Lynn Kirkes.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis Episcopal Church.
