He is survived by: his wife Leonor Arroyo De Garcia; and his children, Maria Del Socorro Diaz, Yolanda Downs, Ramon Garcia Jr., Liset Garcia, Sophia Garcia and Leslie Castro. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
