He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Winkler and Florence Winkler; and his siblings, Jere, Robert, Anista and Florence.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Erickson; and his children, Mark, Steven, David and Linda. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren as well as many cherished nieces and nephews.
