He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Varner (Deckard) and Ronald Varner; and his grandson Devon Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Varner (Rachel) of Turlock, CA and April Varner of Phoenix, AZ; his stepsons, James Lewis (Chrissy) of Turlock, CA, Mike Robbins of Phoenix, AZ and David Robbins of Phoenix, AZ; and his siblings, Susan Varner (Rick Fehr) of Auburn, CA and Alec Varner (Paula) of Lindsey, OK.. He is also survived by two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
