She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Souza; her daughter Shirley Cain (Dotson); her siblings, John Waters and Carolyn Massingale (Hand); and her parents, Maudie Waters and Carl Waters.
She is survived by: her son Gary Dotson of Citrus Heights, CA; and her stepchildren, Glenna Halstead (Souza), Marie Rehn (Souza), Larry Souza and Ken Souza of Tracy, CA. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren.
