He is survived by: his pets, Bentley and Belle; his wife Sylvia Van Hook (Borrelli); his daughters, Jene Moore, Erin Van Hook and Doreen Gier (Roy); his siblings, Dale Van Hook of Oregon, Norma Knapp (Leroy) of Turlock and Kathy Wyatt of Idaho; his grandchildren, Blade, Dayton Volk, Ashley, Alyssa, Kyle Gier and Austin Van Hook; and his great grandchild Lane Souza.
