She was predeceased by : her parents, John Culpepper and Erma Culpepper; and her siblings, Ann Willis and Jim Culpepper. She is survived by : her children, Pam Peterson (Mike), Ralph Serpa Jr. (Jane), Brad Serpa (Debi) and Julie Alvernaz (Steve); and her siblings, Nora McKinsey and John Howard Culpepper.
