He is survived by: his wife Sandra Belt of Turlock; his children, Summer Gandy Davis of Metairie, LA, Eric Belt of Elko, NV, Timothy Belt of Winsboro, TX and Steven Belt of Fresno, CA.; and his sisters, Dolly Watts and Vickie Tippit. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Allen Mortuary (247 N Broadway, Turlock, CA 95380). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery (32053 McCabe Rd, Santa Nella, CA 95322).
