He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Segars and Gladys Segars. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Segars; his children, Susan Silva (Don), Jeff Segars (Sharon) and Randy Segars (Lisa); his grandchildren, Whitney Zumstein (Chad), Taryn Nascimento (Joel), Craig Segars (Bree), Ryan Segars (Patty), Ashly Woodall (Ryan), Andrew Segars and Adam Segars; and his great grandchildren, Presley Zumstein, Emmett Zumstein, Olivia Nascimento, Kate Nascimento, Parker Segars, Tate Segars and Maesyn Segars.
