With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald Alfred Durant Jr. in Ukiah, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 7, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Donald Alfred is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Donald Alfred's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Alfred Durant, Sr. and Goldie Durant; and his siblings, Jane, Hollis and Richard.
He is survived by: his daughter Anita. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
At Don's request, there will be no service but remembrances may be made in the form of donations to Volunteer Hospice of Ukiah or Ukiah Senior Center.
