Ashley; his niece Leanne Ashley; his half-brother Kevin Pelton (Ashley) of Kansas; his uncles, Melvin R, Campbell, Roy Ashley and Emerson Ashley; his aunt Evelyn Ashley; his stepchildren, Anthony Moreno, Gidget Palomino and Linda Palomino; his wife Daphne Ayala-Ashley; and his son Nelson R. Ashley-Martinez. He is also survived by grandchildren (7). And many nieces, nephews and cousins.
