She was predeceased by: her parents, Denver Teague and Thelma Teague. She is survived by: her spouse R. E. Hap Lewis; her children, Susan Lewis Thornhill and Rick Lewis (Donna); and her stepdaughter Gail Groverman (Steve). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
