Though Gifford Robert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gifford Robert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Burneth Claiborne and Zilpha Claiborne. He is survived by: his wife Wini; his children, Timothy Claiborne, Tamara Claiborne and Tracy Haraksin (George); and his foster children, Nick McKinsey and Carol Blanchard. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
