He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Waller and Emmitt Waller. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Weiland; his son-in-law Robert Sparrow; his siblings, Anita Pavlick, June Westmoreland, Joyce Crumpton and Dewitt Waller; and his children, Rod Waller of San Marcos and Allison Sparrow of Upland. He is also survived by 4 granddaughters, 8 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Draper Mortuary (811 N Mountain Ave, Ontario, CA 91762). A committal service will be held on Thursday, June 4th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Bellevue Memorial Park (1240 W G St, Ontario, CA 91762).
In lieu of flowers, JT requested donations be made to Friends of Upland Animal Shelter at 1275 San Bernardino Road, Upland, CA 91786.
