It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Williams of Vacaville, California, who passed away on April 29, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sons, James and Bobby; and his daughter-in-law Susan. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Williams; his children, Billy R. Williams and Treba (Trevor); his grandchildren, Chloe, McKenzie and Eli; his daughter Carol Myers; his grandchildren, Jesy, Justin, Victor (Nas) and Patrick (Julie); his great grandchildren, Faith, Leah, Jayce and Sierra; his son Nicholas Williams (Lorene); his daughter-in-law Anne Williams; his siblings, Joe Benny and Shirley Hazlip; Tammy, Candie, D. J. and Richie.
