He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald H. Miner and Linda Stowell Miner. He is survived by: his wife Mercy Scott Miner; his stepdaughters, Wyievee and Bernice Binda; and his siblings, Carolann Miner Allen (Don) of Fairfield, CA, Dean Miner (Kathy) of Dixon, CA and Frank Emmons (Jeanette) of Dixon, CA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, a grandniece, two grandnephews and an aunt.
