He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Z. Garcia and Antonette Garcia; his former wife Wanda Garcia (Dahlem); his stepsons, Steven Brister and Jason Palmer; and his sister Elaine Hall (Garcia).
He is survived by: his wife Melody Garcia (Taylor); his children, Frank Garcia, Tim Garcia and Karen Balcom (Garcia); his stepdaughters, Gaylene Brister and Vicki Seidel; and his sister Marie Stapp (Howard). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson, numerous nephews, cousins, and a niece.
