Joanne (Wedeking) Murdock Obituary

Joanne Murdock passed away after a long illness. She was surrounded by people who loved her when she passed away at the age of 80.

Joanne was born in Wichita, Kansas. She married Roger Murdock, had 4 Children and traveled around the world with the military. Roger passed away in 1985.

Joanne worked for Basic American Foods in Vacaville, CA, until they closed. She then worked for O.E.A.

Her greatest joys were spending time with her 4 kids, 10 grandkids and 3 great grandkids. She was the best Mom and Grandma a person could ever ask for.

For almost 40 years she enjoyed spending time with Joe McKim. They loved square dancing, fishing, camping and traveling to see family around the country.

Joanne was preceded in death by her parents, ex-husband Roger, her son Donald and 3 siblings.

She is survived by her 3 children, Alan Murdock, Christina Knight and Tammy Murdock; 10 grandkids, Christopher, Robert, Autumn, Logan, Jimmy, David, Haley, Corinne, Gabriel, Destiny; 3 great grandkids, Landen, Alaina and Vivian. She is also survived by 10 brothers and sisters.

Joanne will be missed very much by all who knew her. We look forward to seeing you again in paradise.
