We are sad to announce that on May 16, 2026, at the age of 84, Judy L. Torres (Vacaville, California) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Judy departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Judy. Though Judy may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Burns and Marie Burns; and her husband David Torres. She is survived by: her brother Rick Burns; her children, Don Wade (Paulette), Ronda Lewis (Steve), Richard Wade and John Nance (Tuesday); and her stepdaughter Gloria Lind. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Vaca Hills Chapel Funeral Home (524 Elmira Rd, Vacaville, CA 95687). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Vacaville-Elmira Cemetery (522 Elmira Rd, Vacaville, CA 95687).
