She was predeceased by: her father Charles Hargis; her husband Joseph Everett Young; and her sons, Herbert, George and Gary.
She is survived by: her mother Grace Hargis; and her children, Ralph, Alice, David, Mary and Sharon. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McCune Garden Chapel (212 Main St, Vacaville, CA 95688). A prayer will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 8:00 AM. A burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 9:45 AM. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery (5810 Midway Rd, Dixon, CA 95620). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (1350 Amador St, Vallejo, CA 94590).
