Paul David Eye Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Paul David Eye of Vacaville, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 9, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Paul shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Paul farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Retha Eye (Hoover) and Marvin Eye; and his siblings, Jerry and Nellie. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Eye; his children, Kenneth (Rosa), Tami (Dave) and Leah (Otha); and his brothers, Robert (Bobby) of Illinois and Wesley (Debby) of Florida. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery (5810 Midway Rd, Dixon, CA 95620). Even after retiring, he remained active in his community, working as a Crossing Guard for the Vacaville Police Department and City Coach Bus Driver until the COVID-19 pandemic prompted his final retirement.
