He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Phillip Deems and Katharine Mitchell Deems; and his wife Dottie.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery (5810 Midway Rd, Dixon, CA 95620).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Chapter 84.
